 Our goal is to help meet your goals through specifically designed workouts targeting all of your body. Through HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Factory, you will improve your fitness levels by exercising 40-60 percent of your heart rate reserve (HRR) for 34-minute sessions, multiple days per week to help reach your individualized goal.

 

Our mission at HIIT Factory is to not only teach you to strengthen necessary muscle groups, but how to target them in a way to improve your health. Exercising and working those targeted areas is key, but in addition, understanding correct form is critical to overall success. Finally, physical assessments are available to everyone to meet your fitness goals.
